Shipping & Return Policy

1. Return Window

• Customers have 2 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• The return request must be submitted through our online portal or Via sending us an email ⬇️

2. Return Shipping Fees

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Shipping fees paid during the original purchase are non-refundable.

3. Return Process & Tracking

• Once your return request is approved, you must ship the item back using a carrier of your choice. Within 2 Business Days and ensure to provide us with the tracking number within the timeframe.

Important:

 If 2 business days days has passed, your return request will be canceled).

4. Item Condition

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.

Final Sale Items: Please note that certain items (e.g., specific collections or sale items) are marked as "Final Sale" and cannot be returned.
