Exchange, Refund & Delivery Policy
At The D Closet, we are committed to providing high-quality pieces and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges on eligible items returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original packaging).
Canada: Exchanges are permitted; the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
USA & International: All orders are Final Sale. No exchanges or returns are accepted for orders outside of Canada.
- Only one exchange per order is permitted.

Exchanges are subject to approval upon inspection of the returned item.
All approved exchanges are issued in the form of store credit only.
Store Credit
Once your exchange request is approved, a store credit voucher (excluding original shipping fees) will be emailed to you.
- The voucher is valid up to 1 month from the time of issuance.
- Any unused balance will expire after 1 month.
- Store credit cannot be converted to cash or refunded.
How to Request an Exchange
Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order, otherwise the exchange will be canceled.

Once approved, you will receive:
- Return instructions
- The designated return address
Returned items must be shipped within 2 business days of receiving the return address.
Customers must:
- Provide a valid tracking number
- Prepay and insure the return shipment
The D Closet is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return parcels.
Final Sale Items
The following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for exchange:
- Sale items
- EID Season collections
- Orders placed on hold and later combined for shipment
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Delivery Policy
Orders are processed and delivered within 5–9 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Shipping & Courier Responsibility
Orders are shipped via:
- Canada Post
- UniUni
- ICS Courier
- USPS
- Intelecom Dragonfly
Once an order has been handed to the courier, The D Closet is not responsible for:
- Delivery delays
- Lost or damaged packages
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Unclaimed parcels
If a significant delay occurs, customers will be notified via email or phone.
