Exchange, Refund, and Delivery Policy
At The D Closet, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a positive shopping experience. Please review the following policy carefully prior to completing your purchase.
Exchange Policy
• Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted only for orders within Canada.
• International Orders: All orders shipped outside of Canada are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition. Customers may be eligible for a store credit voucher, subject to approval.
• Limit: Only one exchange per order is permitted.
Store Credit Voucher
Once an exchange request is approved, a store credit voucher (excluding delivery charges) will be issued via email. The voucher is valid up to One Month from the time of issuance and may be used toward the purchase of a replacement item. Any unused voucher will automatically expire after this period and will no longer be valid.
Exchange Requests
All exchange requests must be submitted via email to thedcloset.sales@gmail.com or through Return Request option available on the website within 2 business days of receiving the order. Upon review, our customer service team will provide return instructions and the designated return address.
Return Procedure
Following receipt of the return address, items must be shipped back within 2 business days Customers are required to provide a valid tracking number once the item has been dispatched.
All return shipments must be prepaid and insured by the customer. The D Closet assumes no responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit.
Held Orders
Orders placed on hold for the purpose of combining multiple purchases into a single shipment are not eligible for exchange once finalized. All held items are considered final sale at the time of purchase.
Refund Policy
Please note that refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
Final Sale Policy
Items marked as Final Sale are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

Delivery Policy
Orders are processed and delivered within 5–9 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Shipping Delays
During periods of increased order volume, delivery times may be extended. Customers are encouraged to allow additional time for shipment. In the event of a significant delay, The D Closet will notify customers via email or telephone.
Shipping Responsibility
Orders are shipped via Canada Post, UniUni, ICS Courier, and USPS, each providing estimated delivery timeframes. While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, The D Closet is not responsible for delays once parcels have been handed over to the courier, including delays caused by public holidays or unforeseen logistical issues.
The D Closet is not liable for orders affected by incorrect address information, unclaimed parcels, or lost packages resulting from courier handling.
